Anyone has the right to request the provision of accessibility to a digital website, mobile application or some element thereof. It is also possible to request that information be made available in alternative forms, such as reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without an audio description, etc. The request should include the identity of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application is being requested and how to contact it. If the person making the request wishes to receive the information in an alternative form, they should also specify the form of the information.
The public body should comply with the request immediately and no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to comply with this time limit, the public body shall inform the person without delay when it will be possible to comply with the request, but the time limit shall not be longer than 2 months. If it is not possible to ensure availability, the public body may propose an alternative means of accessing the information.
If the entity refuses to comply with a request for accessibility or alternative access to information, a complaint may be lodged against such action.
Once all possibilities have been exhausted, the complaint can also be sent to the Ombudsman.
Architectural accessibility
Municipal Office of Stalowa Wola 7 Wolności Street
There are 2 entrances to the building, one from Wolności Street (entrance A), the other from the car park behind the building (entrance B). Access to the second entrance is also possible from Wolności Street, via the pavement between the Town Hall building and the garages.
A staircase leads to entrance A. Next to the stairs to entrance A, there is a wheelchair ramp for people heading to the Local Taxes and Fees Department.
Entrance B is located at ground level. Entrance B leads to a lift that can be used to access each level of the building. The lift is adapted for wheelchair users and the blind and partially sighted, with Braille markings and voice announcements.
The customer service office is located on the ground floor, to the left of the stairs and lift, the entrance to the customer service office is from the lobby.
There are no accessible toilets in the building for people with disabilities, in particular wheelchair users.
Two disabled spaces have been designated in front of the building.
It is possible to enter the building and all its premises with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
There are no induction loops in the building.
There is no Braille signage in the building (except for the lift) or contrast or enlarged print signage for the blind and partially sighted.
Municipal Office of Stalowa Wola 9 Wolności Street
There are 2 entrances to the building, one from Wolności Street (entrance A), the other from the side of the building between Wolności 7 and Wolności 9 (entrance B).
A staircase leads to entrance A. There is a wheelchair ramp at the stairs to entrance A. The entrance also leads to a lift that can be used to access each level of the building.

There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor at Entrance A, especially for wheelchair users.
It is possible to enter the building and all its rooms with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
There are no induction loops in the building.

There are 2 entrances to the building, one from Skoczyńskiego Street (entrance A), the other from the back of the building (entrance B), access to entrance B via a pavement from Skoczyńskiego Street.
Stairs lead to entrance A.
A staircase leads to entrance B. There is a wheelchair ramp at the stairs to entrance B.
A chair lift is installed in the building. The lift provides access to the first floor to the wedding hall. The lift does not descend to the toasting room.
There is a disabled toilet located in the building on the ground floor, particularly for wheelchair users.
There is access to the building and all its rooms with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
There are no induction loops in the building.
There is no signage in the building in Braille or contrast or enlarged print signage for the blind and partially sighted.
Stalowa Wola City Hall 1 Kwiatkowskiego St.
There are 3 entrances to the building, one from Kwiatkowskiego Street (entrance A), the other two from the back of the building (entrance B and entrance C).
Stairs lead to entrance A.
Stairs lead to entrance B. Access to entrance B is possible from Kwiatkowskiego Street via the pavement next to the building.
Entrance C is located at ground level. Access to entrance C is possible from Kwiatkowskiego Street via the pavement next to the building, then via the pavement along the building towards Gate No. 3.
There is no lift in the building and there are no ramps for the disabled. There is a ramp for pushchairs at Entrance A.
