The Melchior Wańkowicz Municipal Public Library in Stalowa Wola is a cultural institution, which directs its offer and provides services to residents in five areas: culture, animation, knowledge, information and education. Library users can make use of the Main Library and 4 branches, located within the city.

The Municipal Public Library offers lending to the outside world and making library collections available on site - books, audiobooks, board games and newspapers. It enables access to: Legimi application, within the framework of the Consortium of Libraries of Podkarpackie Voivodeship, archival and current periodicals of regional range published in Stalowa Wola Digital Library, electronic catalogue of Stalowa Wola Regional Bibliography and digital collections of multimedia books for blind and visually impaired people. The library also organises cultural, literary and educational events.
